Second dish Roasted turbot, rhubarb cream, lemongrass pakchoy

Dessert Meringue, salted hot chocolate ganache

Panettone cube, Chantilly Caffé cream and small pastries

When midnight strikes, it's time for the traditional cotechino and lentil dish!
